Shipping

Orders are prepared for shipment after successful payment. Available shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, and destination restrictions are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or incorrect address information.

Order changes

If you need to correct an order detail, use the support channel provided with your order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, use the support channel provided with your order promptly and include your order details and clear photographs of the package. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law or when the issue was caused by us.
